Annual Quality Account 2025/26

This Quality Account is an annual report to improve public accountability about the quality of healthcare services that our foundation trust delivers and our plans for improvement.

This has been a year of sustained delivery, learning and continued commitment from our staff across Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. During a period of sustained demand across the NHS, our staff, volunteers and partners have continued to provide compassionate care while improving safety, modernising services and enhancing the experience of patients and families.

Annual Auditor's Report 2025/26

This Auditor’s Annual Report provides a summary of the findings and key issues arising from our 2025-26 audit of Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the ‘Trust’). This report has been prepared in line with the requirements set out in the Code of Audit Practice published by the National Audit Office and is required to be published by the Trust alongside the annual report and accounts.
