We believe it is essential that staff know what is going on in their hospitals and that is why we produce a regular newsletter called "Aspire".

This is alongside a daily eBulletin - collecting together articles, events, and notices - as well as regular briefings.

In this section, we have archived copies of the newsletter from 2004 to the present. Click on the title or front cover image to view as a PDF.

Aspire - Winter 2015

  • Preparing for Winter
As we experience the first frosts it’s clear winter is on its way. We are already seeing busy days in our hospitals and would encourage people to ‘choose well’ when they need medical attention. A&E isn’t always the right place and we need to keep the department working well for those who really need

In preparing for winter we are working closely with our partners, Virgin Care, Surrey County Council, NW Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group and GP colleagues, to make sure we have the right plans to cope with demand. When services are under pressure working together is so important and we talk daily to make sure patients get the right care, where they need it.
