Preparing for Winter As we experience the first frosts it’s clear winter is on its way. We are already seeing busy days in our hospitals and would encourage people to ‘choose well’ when they need medical attention. A&E isn’t always the right place and we need to keep the department working well for those who really need
In preparing for winter we are working closely with our partners, Virgin Care, Surrey County Council, NW Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group and GP colleagues, to make sure we have the right plans to cope with demand. When services are under pressure working together is so important and we talk daily to make sure patients get the right care, where they need it.

"We are a really caring organisation" That’s how the CQC described Ashford & St Peter’s when they fed back to us at their Quality Summit in early March. Our Trust has been rated as 'Good' by the CQC following their inspection in December 2014. This is a fantastic achievement and reflects really well on Team ASPH.
National Staff Survey 2014 results are out! The results of the National Staff Survey 2014 were published in late February - and our Trust scores have improved significantly. Thank you again to everyone who took part. You can find the results on TrustNet, under Trust Information > Staff Survey.
