Medical Workforce do not hold records of level 1 reviews.

However, there have been 5 Workschedule Review meetings(WSR)/level 2 reviews in this period, none of which have resulted in a level 3 review.

 

• How many reports led to service or rostering changes?

5 WSR meetings resulting in 3 rota changes. There were also other actions that stemmed from the WSR meetings but were not actual rota changes.

4. What is the audit process for exception report fines?

Exception reports are reviewed daily for any that may constitute a breach / fine. When identified, we check with the rota co-ordinator and the doctor in training to clarify that there has been an actual breach that constitutes a fine before the details are forwarded to payroll and finance.
