Details of the Request
Please state the amount spent on promotional items by your trust in each of the last five financial years, as well as the current financial year.
Please provide this in the form of an itemised list detailing the name of the item, the amount spent on the order, a description of the item with as much detail as your records allow, and the number of individual items in the order, where possible.
By promotional items, I mean items branded with your trust or the NHS logo, and distributed to staff and/or patients. This might include bags, water bottles or the like.
Details of the Response
The Trust holds the requested information, but considers it is exempt under section 12 of the Act, as the cost of compliance is estimated to exceed the appropriate limit. The information is not held on one system as teams and departments tend to order independently. This would take longer than 18 hours to investigate.
