1. On what date (month and year) did St Peter's Hospital start to provide primary Percutaneous Coronary Interventions?

We have provided a 5 day week in hours provision 8am – 6 pm since 2010/11

 

2. If applicable, over what period did St Peter's Hospital provide a primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention weekday service (less than 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)? Please provide a date range (month, year to month, year) Over this period, what hours did the weekday service operate?

As above. The service operated from 8am – 6pm, Mon to Fri 2010/11.

24/7 service commenced on 1 July 2015 at 8am and is still being provided.

Yes, the Trust has a business continuity which would divert patients to Frimley Health with their approval if we were unable due to technical reason to provide the

In which month in 2010/11 did the primary PCI service begin?

1st May 2011. Since 2008 this service has been extended to provide “in hours” PPCI.
