Request for Clarification

Thank you for the response to the FOI request.

May I just ask for one clarification:

Note that by temporary closures I mean the dates (day, month, year) on which at least one woman in labour (or was scheduled to give birth on that day) was diverted to another hospital because of the capacity (through lack of beds or staff) of the unit had been reached (rather than her clinical need). Given this, can you provide the exact days of restricted access in 2010-2012. Also, were the closures you have mentioned due to lack of staff or beds?
