Scanning software is built into the printers so is Konica Minolta

We do not print for other sites

The Konica MFD contract value is £180,675.20 + VAT

 

10. What document management software’s/systems do you use across the trust? Civica Windip and we are about to implement Kainos Evolve

 

11. What IT provider do you use?

Civica and Kainos. For outsourced printing, we use Synertec.

 

12. When is the print room contract due to end?

There is no print room contract

Yes

Not old files, the Trust has plans to scan & archive current patients’ medical records.

The estimated number of files is approximately 200,000 over 5 years.
