George Roe, Head of Corporate Affairs

 

2. Who is responsible for Clinical Governance and who operationally manages it?

Heather Caudle, Chief Nurse is responsible for Clinical Governance, Russell Wernham, Deputy Chief Nurse/Associate Director of Quality operationally reviews and provides scrutiny via Board Sub-committees.

Governance is devolved to the Clinical Divisions and as such the Divisional Chief Nurses have daily operational management.

 

3. Who is responsible for the CIP (Cost Improvement Plans) and who operationally manages it?

Simon Marshall, Director of Finance & Information is responsible for the CIP and the Divisional Business Managers operationally manage it.

 

4. Who is responsible for the PMO (Project Management Office or Portfolio Management Office or Programme Management Office) and who operationally manages it?

Mark Hinchcliffe, Programme Office Manager

 

5. Who is responsible for your contracts with the CCGs and who operationally manages it?

Stephen Hepworth, Associate Director of Business Development

 

6. What Clinical Divisions do you have?

  • Theatres, Anaesthetics, Surgery and Critical Care
  • Acute Medicine & Emergency Services
  • Women’s Health & Paediatrics
  • Trauma, Orthopaedics, Diagnostics & Therapies
