No, the Trust does not promote or provide the use of any mobile applications to our patients/service users.

Most outpatient areas

To allow patients to check in for outpatient appointments

CSC as a third party supplier of Savience’s Clarity

 

d. Number of Users per year – In 2015:

  • Ashford Hospital had 132153 successful check-ins out of 156014 attempted
  • St. Peter's Hospital had 198102 successful check-ins out of 248116 attempted

 

e. Cost of each system 2014/15 and year to date 2015/16.

  • 2014/15: approximately £42,000.00 on software support and £15,000.00 on hardware support.
  • 2015/16: In 2015/16 we changed supplier and the support costs are now part of a much bigger contract and cannot be split out.
