* The Trust holds the requested information, but considers it is exempt under section 12 of the Act, as the cost of compliance is estimated to exceed the appropriate limit. Information on Learning Disability is likely to be recorded on the A&E Casualty Attendance Card or the Outpatient case notes and it would take too long to search the paper records of every patient attending to obtain this data.
